Balanced meals-

Losing weight is a journey of 40% exercise and 60% diet. Make sure you eat balanced meals. Eat protein, vegetables, a little fat and very little carb.

Exercise more-

For average men, following your 10,000 steps per day isn’t enough. Try to workout more and more by consulting a trainer.

Cut the crisps-

Cut those chips, sodas and chocolates out of your diet completely.

Build more muscle

The more muscles you build, the more fat you burn. Men develop muscles faster than women.
