Scientists have studied the effects of cooked tomato including ketchup, and the results say that it helps reduce the risk of cancer.

Ketchup increases the level of healthy bacteria in our body called lycopene.

Ketchup consists antioxidants which protects our cells from damaging.

Research also showed it reduces the effect of gastric cancer (also known as stomach cancer).
