Foods for Vegetarians to increase protein intake!

Lentils- Other than meat, lentils are one of the richest source of protein. It has a lot of carbohydrates and fiber. Consuming at least one bowl of lentils can do wonders for your body.

Quinoa- Quinoa is known as a superfood. The reason being, it is packed with iron, potassium, sodium and zinc as well. It is packed with protein!

Nuts and seeds- This is the easiest way to consume protein. East nuts, seeds like almonds, walnuts, chia seeds. Consuming the butter made out of nuts is also healthy.

Veggies and fruits- Vegetables such ass broccoli, artichoke, spinach, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, are great sources of protein.While fruits like guava, bananas, nectarines, blackberries, mulberries also contain protein in them.
