Workout in the morning
Pollution is less in the morning compare to that in the evening. Try working out in the morning or at parks where there is less pollution.
Cleanse and rinse
Before sleeping, make sure you cleanse your skin with cleansing milk and rinse it away.
Note - cleansing milk is a made of fat & water, removes dirt without stripping natural oils. More gentle than facial wash & regular cleansers.
Make sure you cover your face while going out during rush hours and crowded places. Wearing sunscreen is a must!
