We often expect the customer service personnel to talk with us in the utmost respect. But we as customers forget to do the same !!
Here are some ways you can be more respectful as a customer.
Say the magic words - Please and Thank You whenever making a request.
Be patient- finding solutions to a problem can consume time. Be patient give the other side some time and space to work out the problem.
Tip graciously- Most of the consumer executives rely heavily on tips. If you’re satisfied with their service, then tip them well.
Be kind- treat the executives equally. Don’t be rude and talk to them with kindness and a smile.
We should treat the customer executives the way we expect them to treat us.
