Make water delicious & healthier

Our body is made up of 71% water. So you can imagine why we should drink a lot of water. Drinking ample of water has several advantages and health benefits. Here’s how you can make water taste a lot better.

  1. Squeeze half a lemon to every one litre of water. This gives you additional vitamin C & help to lose weight.

  2. Peel, chop and wash a cucumber and add it your water. Keep it for 2 hours before drinking. Cucumber has natural cooling properties and also is a great detox food.

  3. Mince some mint leaves after washing; add them in the water with one tbsp of honey. Mix well and enjoy. Mint leaves are high in anti-oxidants and honey is used for weight loss.

  4. Berry blast- Mash berries of your choice and mix them in water. Cool it overnight and have a refreshing healthy drink the next day.
