Workout at Workplace

Siemens has introduced exercise at desk - 'Healthy break' program, to be held twice a day daily (one at 10:30 AM & another at 3:30 PM) for its employees to combat health effects due to sitting for long working hours. Deloitte India provides break every 90 minutes for employees to simple streching excercise & yoga poses. Yes bank has introduced standing desk to improve workspace ergonimics. GSK is providing pulse tracker & employees are given daily target of working towards completing 10,000 steps.
